• Job Purpose

• Provide reliable technical support for the company’s systems, including Odoo (ERP) and Foodics (POS), to ensure smooth daily operations across branches and head office. The role focuses on minimizing system downtime, resolving technical issues efficiently, and supporting business continuity in a multi-branch healthy food environment.

• Key Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day technical support for company systems, including Odoo and Foodics.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Foodics POS systems (devices, users, permissions, reports). 
  
• Diagnose technical issues promptly and resolve them or escalate when necessary.
• Install and configure computers, POS devices, printers, and networking equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, email setups, and system backups.
• Monitor network performance and ensure stable connectivity between branches.
• Train employees on proper use of Odoo and Foodics when required.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and support.
• Ensure systems are updated and comply with cybersecurity best practices.

• Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably within a multi-branch organization. 
  
• Strong understanding of POS systems, inventory processes, and business applications.
• Basic knowledge of networking and IT security principles.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to travel between branches when needed.
• Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
